WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Inquirers: Anyone who believes he or she is being called to ordained ministry in the American National Catholic Church (ANCC) as well as clergy from other jurisdictions considering incardination. Come explore your calling with our vocation and formation leaders, ANCC clergy, and others exploring their call.
ANCC Clergy: Come away for a time of quiet reflection and prayer about your ministry and parish life. Our own clergy leaders will guide a series of informal conversations.
ACTIVITIES
Inquirers and ANCC clergy participate in separate daily reflection groups but come together each evening for a plenary conversation on focused topics. We will worship together, sharing the Liturgy of the Hours three times a day. The Blessed Sacrament will be available for adoration and prayer throughout the day. Saturday will feature the ordination of several seminarians to the transitional diaconate. Our time together ends with Mass on Sunday, celebrating the Solemnity of Christ the King.
COVID-19 EXPECTATIONS
For the health and safety of everyone, all registrants are expected to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 at least four weeks before November 18. We will follow all governmental requirements for gatherings of our size (20 to 25 people) as well as the convent’s Covid-19 requirements. Current expectations include the wearing of a face mask in common areas and physical distancing where appropriate. Attendance at the Saturday ordinations is restricted to registered participants and invited guests of the ordinandi.
REGISTRATION
Registration is open through Friday, November 5, 2021. All Inquirers are required to register for the entire event. ANCC clergy may register for specific days but must register regardless of dates they will attend. Payment Options:
Full Registration for Inquirers, Ordinandi and clergy attending the full event – $250.00
Clergy for Friday Only – $100.00
Clergy for Saturday Only – $100.00
Clergy for Friday & Saturday: – $200.00
Clergy attending the Ordination only (includes lunch at the Guest House) – $25.00
All participants except ANCC clergy must register for the full event. ANCC clergy may register for the full event or for one or two days only (includes overnight stay; see the options below). Registration includes meals and lodging in single rooms with shared bathrooms on each floor.
