Our ANCTI instructors recognize the great privilege and responsibility it is to guide our seminarians in their theological formation. We equally welcome the opportunity to provide theological education to interested lay people and to share our learning with our clergy in continuing education courses. Every encounter, whether with seminarians, laity, or clergy, is an opportunity for all of us to learn from each other and to grow in our knowledge and love of God through service to the Church and the world as the body of Christ.
While it is helpful for instructors to have prior teaching experience, it is not required. What is required is a desire to share your knowledge and expertise with others in a structured learning environment. We encourage lay people as well as clergy who have gifts in the specialized areas of theology taught in our curriculum to complete the questionnaire in the link below. Thank you for your interest and for offering your gifts and skills in service to the Church.
