Pastoral Administration and Responsibilities
This course will examine the roles and responsibilities of clergy in establishing and managing a parish or pastoral ministry. Topics will include developing a social media presence, advertising, financial management, maintaining church sacramental records, managing congregational demands, and establishing good working relationships with other clergy and faith communities.
